Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of EngraveSafe, provided by the EngraveSafe operator.
The service
EngraveSafe flags orders that look like they are missing personalization based on rules you set, can place fulfillment holds, and collects details from your customers through a form. It is a safety net: you remain responsible for reviewing your orders before production and shipping.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify every 30 days after the free trial. The free plan includes a limited number of checked orders per month. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app; charges stop at the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Only e-mail customers about their own orders. Don't use the form to collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, remakes, refunds or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
