Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of DriftWatch, an app for Shopify operated by the DriftWatch operator ("we"). By installing or using DriftWatch you agree to them.
The service
DriftWatch compares the stock and prices of your Shopify products with your eBay listings and alerts you to differences. It is a monitoring tool: it does not sync or change your listings, and it cannot guarantee that every problem is detected. You remain responsible for your listings, stock and prices.
Your account
You must have the right to install apps on the Shopify store and to connect the eBay account you use, and you must follow eBay's and Shopify's rules.
Fees
Fees are shown on the Shopify App Store listing and billed through Shopify. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. Refunds follow Shopify's app billing policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
Availability
We aim to keep DriftWatch running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shopify and eBay may change their platforms in ways that affect the app.
Disclaimer and liability
DriftWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, oversold orders or other indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for DriftWatch in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using DriftWatch at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use DriftWatch means you accept the updated terms.
