Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of CopyRadar, provided by the CopyRadar operator.
The service
CopyRadar searches public eBay listings and flags ones that may copy your products. Results are automated indicators, not legal findings: a flagged listing may be an authorized reseller or a lawful resale. Review each listing before you act, and only report listings where you own the rights (for example through eBay's VeRO program).
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify every 30 days after the free trial. The free plan watches a limited number of products. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app; charges stop at the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use CopyRadar to harass sellers or to file reports for rights you don't hold. eBay data is provided by eBay and subject to eBay's terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that every copy is found. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
