How to get a listing removed

  1. Open the listing and confirm it copies your product or photo, and that the seller isn't one of your resellers.
  2. Join eBay's free Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) program once, then report listings with the Notice of Claimed Infringement form. Use "Export evidence" for the item numbers.
  3. Photo copies can be reported as copyright infringement; misuse of a registered brand name as trademark infringement.
  4. Mark the listing as Reported here to keep track. CopyRadar shows it as gone once eBay removes it.
